Accounts Payable
The San Diego State University Accounts Payable Department supports the university by providing services necessary for financial management. Accounts Payable is supervised by the University Controller, in the area of Financial Operations, under the division of Business and Financial Affairs.
Accounts Payable is responsible for supplier payment processing for SDSU. In addition, Accounts Payable provides the following services:
- Guest Lecturer Payments
- Nonresident Alien (NRA) Payment
- Procurement Credit Card Program
- Small Dollar Employee Reimbursement
- State and Federal Tax Reporting
- Subscription and Membership Payments and Renewals
- Travel Assistance
